Intended learning outcomes
Establish the relationship between the radio channel signal characteristics and the behavior of a radio transmitter and receiver system; identify the architectures of radio transmitters and receivers and choose the one suitable for a particular application; to characterize the influence of the radio system building blocks, at linear and non-linear level; specify the individual building blocks of a radio and establish their impact on the complete system; design a radio system using the building blocks.
